Why isn't the price just on the page?
Because pricing is shaped to your seats and usage, one flat number would be wrong for most teams — too high for a solo, too low for a brokerage. Tell us your team size and lead volume and you'll have your number the same day, in writing.
What's an AI voice minute?
Talk time on calls Ava handles — inbound and outbound both count, rounded fairly. Your quote states what's included and what more costs before you sign anything.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month is the default; annual exists as a discount, not a trap.
Are there per-lead fees?
No. We do not sell leads and never charge per lead.
What does onboarding cost?
Nothing. A human sets it up with you — that's the product working, not a service fee.
