The CRM that fills itself in.
Contacts, deals, and one inbox for calls, texts, and email. After every conversation the record updates itself — notes written, fields filled, next touch scheduled. You sell; it types.

Calls, texts, and email. One thread per human.
No channel roulette
A lead texts back about an email regarding a call. In most CRMs that's three tabs. Here it's one thread, in order, with every AVA chip where she handled it.
The whole team sees it
Shared inbox with routing — whoever picks up the conversation has the full history. No "sorry, who did you speak to last time?" Segments and saved views cut the same book of business a different way for each person who opens it.
Consent lives on the record
Per-channel consent is visible on every contact — so the UI tells you who's callable, who's textable, and who's targetable only. Before you dial, not after. Tags come from a governed registry, so nobody invents a fourth spelling of “hot buyer”.
The record updates itself. From the conversation.
Budget, timeline, pre-approval, preferred area — Ava hears it on the call and writes it into the actual CRM fields, not a note blob you re-type later. Every AI-filled field is labelled, and prefills are suggestions you can edit — absent stays absent, never filled with something plausible.
Your agents stop being data-entry clerks. The database stops being three months stale.

Pipelines, stages, and custom fields are yours to configure; goals report at My and Company scope; and contract-to-close checklists, buyer-agreement tracking, and deadline reminders ride along on every deal.
Bring your database. We know it’s a mess. They all are.
Import from Follow Up Boss, Lofty, BoldTrail, Google Contacts, vCard, or plain CSV. Contacts, notes, tags, and deal history map over; duplicates are caught at ingest and merged, not multiplied, and people at the same address are grouped into a household. What can’t be mapped is listed — counted, not silently dropped.

CRM questions.
Can I edit what Ava writes on a record?
Everything. AI-filled fields are suggestions with a label — edit or clear them like any field. The label stays in the history, so you always know what came from a call and what came from a human.
Do I have to use the phone agents to use the CRM?
No — every module is included on every plan, and each works on its own. But the CRM is at its best when the calls, texts, and notes flow in by themselves.
Can we work the database in bulk, or is it one contact at a time?
In bulk. Build a segment, preview exactly which records the action will touch, then run it — tag, stage, assign, enrol, or export. The preview is the point: you see the count and the list before anything changes, not a toast afterwards.
Who can export our data?
Whoever you say. Exports are gated by role and every one is logged with who ran it, what it covered, and when — so the database leaving the building is a query you can answer. Your data stays exportable in full, including after you cancel.
How long does migration take?
Most imports run in under an hour. Mapping review — the honest part — depends on how creative your old tagging system was. We do the first one with you.
Retire the sticky notes.
A database that stays current because the AI does the typing.
