Dialer & messaging

For the calls and campaigns humans still make

Ava answers and pursues on her own — but your team still calls, texts, and emails all day. This module is their side of the phone system: call lists that end, a dialer that logs itself, mass messaging with real editors, and one inbox where every channel lands on the same timeline.

What it does

What’s in the box.

  • Team dialer with call lists

Build a list from any segment, work it top to bottom with dispositions, and let the outcome write the record. The list gets shorter; the CRM gets smarter.

  • Voicemail drop

No answer? Leave the message without saying it for the fortieth time. Logged like everything else.

  • Mass text & MMS

Send to a segment with merge fields and STOP handling built in — throttled, capped, and windowed by the gate, not by your conscience.

  • Mass email with a real editor

Compose once, personalise with merge fields, send to a segment, and see who opened and replied on each contact's timeline.

  • WhatsApp

For the clients who live there. Same thread, same timeline, same rules.

  • One inbox, synced mailboxes

Calls, texts, emails, and WhatsApp in one queue per workspace, with two-way Gmail/Microsoft 365 sync so the CRM sees the whole conversation — not just the half that happened inside it.

In practice

How it runs, day to day.

  1. 1

    Build the list

Any segment becomes a call list or a send audience: new Zillow leads, spring buyers gone quiet, past clients in one ZIP.

  2. 2

    The gate walks it first

Before the first dial or send, every contact is checked: consent, suppression, window, caps. Blocked contacts are counted and shown — not silently skipped.

  3. 3

    Work it down

Dial through with dispositions, or fire the campaign. Replies pull the contact out of any running sequence and into the inbox.

  4. 4

    Everything writes itself

Outcomes, recordings, transcripts, opens, replies — on the timeline as they happen, not from memory at 6pm.

What you get

Included with every plan.

No module is held back for a higher tier. Plans differ on seats and usage, never on which product you get.

The honest bit — scope

US carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) is part of onboarding — texting volume unlocks as carriers approve your registration, which is how compliant texting works everywhere. Mailbox sync is enabled workspace-by-workspace while our Google and Microsoft app verifications complete.

How the gate applies here

Human sends clear the same gate as AI sends. There is no "manual mode" that skips consent, suppression, quiet hours, or attempt caps — a mass text that can't legally go to forty of the four hundred selected contacts goes to three hundred and sixty, and tells you why.
