Agent websites

A website that feeds the machine

Most agent websites are brochures. This one is the front door of your pipeline: visitors search real listings, save searches, and get alerts — and every visit, favourite, and inquiry lands on a contact timeline where Ava can act on it in seconds.

What it does

What’s in the box.

  • Five starter sites, not a blank page

Solo agent, listing specialist, buyer's agent, team, one-page. Pick one in Site Studio, put your name and areas on it, publish.

  • Real MLS search on your site

Map and polygon search over your board's feed, with each board's display rules enforced server-side before anything renders.

  • Saved searches that come back

Visitors register, save a search, and get alert digests when matching listings hit — the reason they return to your site instead of the portal.

  • Every visit on the timeline

A first-party pixel ties browsing to the contact record: which listings, how often, how recently. Your follow-up stops being a guess.

  • Pages and a blog you control

Block-based pages, a real blog, proper titles and schema — server-rendered, fast, and readable by every search and AI crawler. No tricks.

  • Yours. Actually yours.

Your domain, your content, your leads. Export everything whenever you want. Cancelling doesn't delete your website — we compete on product, not hostages.

In practice

How it runs, day to day.

  1. 1

Pick a starter in Site Studio

Five templates with the sections already laid out. Swap the words and photos, not the architecture.

  2. 2

    Connect your board feed

We set up your MLS connection together during onboarding; the display engine applies your board's rules automatically from the first render.

  3. 3

    Publish

Server-rendered pages on your domain. Fast on a phone in a parking lot, which is where buyers actually are.

  4. 4

    A visitor becomes a record

Registration, saved search, inquiry — each writes a contact with source, consent status, and the browsing trail attached.

  5. 5

    Ava closes the loop

A new inquiry triggers the speed-to-lead call while the visitor is still on the listing. That's the whole point of owning the website.

What you get

Included with every plan.

No module is held back for a higher tier. Plans differ on seats and usage, never on which product you get.

  • Listing search with map and polygon drawing
  • Saved searches, registrations, and alert digests
  • First-party visitor pixel wired to contact timelines
  • Blog and custom pages with clean metadata and schema
  • Lead-capture forms that create CRM records with consent status

  • Your custom domain, connected during onboarding
  • Instant AI callback on new inquiries (your rules decide)
  • Full content export — the site is never held hostage
The honest bit — scope

Your MLS feed is connected during onboarding (RESO Web API; CREA DDF in Canada) — properly, per board, with that board's display rules enforced. We don't quote a canned number of "integrated MLSs"; we connect yours and do it right.

How the gate applies here

Listing display decisions are made server-side before a page renders. If a board turns a permission off, it reaches your site, your alerts, and even previously shared links immediately — there is no cached copy that keeps publishing what a board revoked.
