AI-first · built for US & Canada real estate

Every call answered.
Every lead called back in seconds.
Even at dinner.

Zeller AI is the AI teammate that answers every call, dials new leads back in seconds, and books the showing — then writes it all into a CRM, a website, and a closing checklist you’d otherwise be paying three other vendors for.

Watch her work. Every step, narrated.

Ava doesn’t disappear into a black box and come back with “done ✨”. Every action is logged the moment she takes it — the dial, the gate check, the note, the booking.

And when something is blocked, she says why, and what she did instead. “2 dials not placed” is a screen in the product, not a support ticket.

Meet Ava

No fake humans. She says she’s an AI — then books the showing anyway.

Ava works your patch in your voice, but she never pretends to be you. She discloses, she refuses when the law says no, and she always says what to do instead. Anything AI-assisted stays labelled. Forever.

And anything that leaves your workspace — or can’t be undone — stops at a human first. No exceptions. No “advanced mode”.

Fair questions.

Does the AI say it is an AI?

Yes. When a caller asks, Ava answers honestly, and recording notice is handled on the call. Outbound AI calls carry disclosure too. This is not configurable — on purpose.

What about calls we already answer ourselves?

Zeller AI sits behind your existing numbers. You choose what Ava answers — everything, after-hours only, or overflow. It all lands on the same timeline your agents work from.

How is outbound kept compliant?

Consent, suppression/DNC, calling windows, and attempt caps run server-side before every dial and message. They live in the platform core, not in settings — they cannot be turned off, and lists without consent cannot be auto-dialled.

Do we have to replace our CRM on day one?

No. Most teams start with Ava answering and calling on top of their current stack, and move the book of business over when they're ready — imports from Follow Up Boss, Lofty, BoldTrail, and CSV are built in. The CRM is included either way.

Is a website really included?

Yes — every plan includes your own listings website with MLS search and saved-search alerts, built from a starter template. Your domain, your leads, exportable any time. We connect your MLS feed with you during onboarding, with the board's display rules enforced automatically.

How long does setup take?

Most teams answer live calls the same week: connect a number, pick a persona and script, set qualifying questions and routing, import your database. First configuration is done with you.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

You export everything — contacts, conversations, deals, documents, your website content — self-serve, before or after you cancel. Month-to-month means the product has to earn the renewal.

Stop losing leads at hello.
